Short Biography
Hi! I am Megan Hastings, and I proudly teach English Language Arts at Auburn High School. My husband and I are both originally from Oneonta, AL, and we feel very lucky and blessed to be living in such a wonderful community as Auburn. Both being huge Auburn fans and I a proud AU graduate and former AU Majorette, we are so excited to be here! After living near Tuscaloosa for a few years while my husband was in law school, we are REALLY loving living in Auburn more than ever! We have two "children": Sullivan, a friendly feline named after AU's Pat Sullivan due to the black #7 on his white body, and Beasley, a handsome and lovable German Shepherd dog. In my spare time (is there such a thing?!), I am learning the violin, painting, reading, cooking, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, and loving life!
